1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of any Verbal Aikido® training, membership, or digital product provided by Verbal Aikido EURL (“we”, “us”, “our”). By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

Verbal Aikido® provides communication training, live online practice sessions (“Dojos”), digital resources, and access to a Members Area. The exact services available to you depend on the membership plan you purchase.

3. Membership Plans & Access Rights

We offer several membership tiers (Regular, Express, Premium), each with specific access rights described on our website. Access is personal, non‑transferable, and intended solely for the paying member.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on your selection).

5. Renewals & Cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund past payments.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because members immediately gain access to digital resources and live sessions, we do not offer refunds except where required by law.

7. Use of the Members Area

The Members Area contains exclusive tools, downloads, and training materials. You agree not to share, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All Verbal Aikido® content — including methods, exercises, videos, documents, and branding — is protected by intellectual property law. Purchasing a membership grants you a personal license to use the materials for your own learning only.

9. Code of Conduct

Members agree to participate respectfully in all live sessions and online spaces. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of inappropriate behavior.

10. Limitation of Liability

Verbal Aikido EURL is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our training is educational and does not replace professional psychological, medical, or legal advice.

11. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from the use of our training or methods. Results depend on individual practice and engagement.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with applicable French and EU regulations (including GDPR). For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

13. Modification of Services or Terms

We may update these Terms or modify our services at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated date.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Lyon, France.
