REFUND POLICY — VERBAL AIKIDO®

1. General Policy

All sales are final. Because members receive immediate access to digital resources, live sessions, and downloadable materials, Verbal Aikido SASU does not offer refunds for memberships, digital products, or training purchases, except where required by law.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Membership Subscriptions (Regular, Express, Premium)

Membership fees (monthly or yearly) are non‑refundable.

When you subscribe, you immediately gain access to:

  • Live Dojo sessions

  • Members Area content

  • Downloadable tools and resources

  • Exclusive training materials

For this reason, we do not issue refunds for:

  • Partial months

  • Unused time

  • Accidental purchases

  • Forgetting to cancel before renewal

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund past payments.

3. Digital Products

All digital products (PDFs, downloads, guides, posters, audio tracks, etc.) are non‑refundable once delivered.

If you experience technical issues accessing your files, we will assist you to ensure successful delivery.

4. Live Training, Workshops, and Events

Payments for live online or in‑person training events are non‑refundable, unless the event is cancelled by Verbal Aikido SASU.

If we cancel or reschedule an event, you may choose:

  • A full refund, or

  • A credit toward another event

5. Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate payment), contact us immediately at:

6. Legal Exceptions

If applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require a refund under specific circumstances, we will comply with those requirements.
